Burn injuries, especially among children, are a significant challenge in Nepal, with children under five being the most affected. The Sushma Koirala Memorial Hospital in Sankhu provides free, critical medical care to burn victims from low-income families.

As part of our Teddy Bear Initiative, we distributed teddy bears to children in the hospital’s burn ward, offering them comfort and companionship during their difficult recovery journey.
